Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Senior Operations Manager who will lead and manage the operational performance of projects.

This role will see you take a lead in project management and take an active role in Strategic Asset Management work.

What you’ll be doing

This role will see you lead in matters relating to the operational management of Hard FM Service Providers.

As well and this you will produce monthly reports and audit all Hard FM roles and data. Some of these reports will be used in board meetings.

You will work closely with the Strategic Asset Manager in relation to any new assets to be introduced or renewed.

This role will also see you act as project manager as you help establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost and performance parameters. As well as monitoring and applying any performance management techniques.

You will ensure that all key contractual obligations and deliverables of Hard FM Providers are recorded, fulfilled and monitored.



About you

You are educated to a degree level and hold a professional membership alongside an IOSH qualification.

As well as this you have experience in working within PFI/ PPP projects and working within a Hard FM performance regime.

You have a knowledge and understanding of CAFM and Helpdesk software.

As a leader you are professional in your approach and communicate easily with staff at all levels.

This role will need you to be resilient and organised to work under a large workload.
