Maxwell Stephens is delighted to be recruiting for the role of Contract Manager who will be part of the  leadership team and will help to deliver the operational and strategic objectives.

Working closely with the CEO you will ensure the delivery of high levels of FM services.

About You

 You have a degree level or equivalent relevant qualification/experience in a building or engineering discipline as well as an IOSH or NEBOSH and you are working towards or already hold a professional membership.

You have a demonstrable track record of directly managing multi-site portfolios within a large and complex estate.

As well as this you are experience working within a Hard FM performance regime.

You also have a knowledge of CAFM and Helpdesk software.          



Key Responsibilities

 As part of this role you will deliver the contractual requirements, its associated schedules and the Partnering Agreement and be proactive in interpreting contractual issues

You will deliver and execute plans to deliver objectives, KPIs, Continuous Improvement Indicators and any other indicators.

 Using your interpersonal skills you will lead and develop a team to create a culture of excellence.

You will take of several other responsibilities including:

  • H&S and compliance
  • Operations
  • Reporting
  • Finance
  • Minor works

These responsibilities will see you ensuring that work is carried out in a safe and proper manner while overseeing production of a monthly written report.
