Back to Vacancies ListMaxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Property Health, Safety and Environment Compliance Manager.
This exciting opportunity will see you join the Property and Workspaces Services team to support the delivery of the Corporate H&S strategy and ensure that a compliant environment is provided to all staff.
About You
You have experience of delivering health, safety and environmental services in a corporate environment and multiple sites.
You have excellent communication skills that make you approachable and able to work well with both teams and with customers.
You have a graduate membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health or a Practitioner membership of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment.
As well as this you are able to plan and organise effectively to ensure all work is delivered on time.
Your Responsibilities
You will consistently adopt any existing HS&E compliance management system where such exists and is fit for purpose, or the development and implementation of an suitable management system that ensures statutory and regulatory compliance.
As part of this role you will manage HS&E compliance programmes across a multi-site property portfolio.
You will give advice to non-safety/sustainability professionals.
This role will see you engage with and manage of 3rd party service providers to ensure that compliance activity & programmes remain on track and are effectively reported.
You will manage site level compliance risks, providing assurance that such risks are effectively controlled.
