Maxwell Stephens is delighted to be recruiting for the role of Facilities Management Administrator/Coordinator who will support the Director of Facilities Management.
You will assist in targets to improve the quality of services building on management processes and policies.
This is initially six month contract but has the potential to maybe go long term / permanent based on organisation need and performance
You will plan, coordinate and schedule meetings within the team and internal stakeholders.
As well as this you will provide administrative support.
You will be expected to maintain an awareness and observation of fire and health and safety regulations.
As part of this role you will collate all FM monthly reports and issues and use this to update presentations, weekly/monthly minutes as and when required.
Day to day you will monitor the helpdesk Orders.
You have experience working in facilities/workplace management sector and engaging with relevant stakeholders.
Alongside this you have interpersonal skills with enable you to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a team and build effective working relationships.
As well as this you work flexibly and under time pressure, which means you work to your own initiative.
You also have strong IT literacy skills.
