Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by our client to recruit for the role of Workplace Assistant.
Who will provide first-class professional service and be an integral part of the Workplace team to ensure the smooth running of the London office.
You are motivated and hands on in your way of working.
Alongside this you have a good working knowledge of word processing such as using Word and Excel.
You are customer focused and this is reflected in your good communication skills as well as being proactive in building relationships.
For this role you will have serval key responsibilities:
You will take daily office walk-arounds ensuring the office quality is maintained. This includes ensuring that meeting rooms are monitored to ensure they are always neat and tidy with the correct amount of furniture.
This role will see you carry out minor decorating works as well as raising any issues to contact an appropriate contractor when required.
You will also log and manage calls to external contractors relating to electrical appliances.
As part of this role you will liaise with Front of House to configure rooms to set up rooms to suit the business requirements.
Day to day you will be responsible for maintenance of office copiers, ensuring the are in running order.
