Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a private investment firm for a Property Manager.
The Property Manager will be looking after both multi-let and single-let properties.
You will manage and prepare the delivery of the service charge on site and from an accounts payable basis. You will drive the budgeting and reconciliation process.
You will take responsibility for ensuring all Health and Safety assessments have been undertaken and all works comply with necessary regulations.
You will work with the Asset Managers with delivery of common part works and other major works to building such as refurbishments/extensions etc. You will also identify initiatives to implement efficiencies such as energy saving when any refurbishments happen.
You will deal with tenant’s applications for alterations, assignment, wayleaves and sub-lettings in liaison with the Asset Managers. You will also ensure that these are dealt with in a timely manner and comply with the lease.
You will manage all ongoing insurance matters and assist with annual renewals. You will also be responsible for managing any claims with the broker.
You will provide and review the planned preventative maintenance for the properties. Adapting and changing where necessary and continuously reviewing with the contract managers.
