Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Technical Support Officer.
In this role you will manage and coordinate the integrated operational infrastructure of a large, multifaceted operating and/or services department.
You will participate in the development of, and overseeing implementation and administration of policies, systems, and procedures.
You have a sound literacy and numeracy skills.
Alongside this you have strong writing, reporting, interpersonal and presenting skills.
For this role you will have the ability to work independently and with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
You are results focused and are able to plan for the medium and long term.
For this role you have a broad working knowledge which has been gained within a complex academic institution or a similar complex organisation.
You will co-ordinate workload for the Maintenance Operations Team via Computer Assisted Facilities Management Systems.
As part of this role you will plan, prioritise and organize the deployment of staff and other resources to meet changing priorities and workload demands.
Using data retrieved from both CAFM system and the Performance Management Team to create performance reports.
You will communicate with all customers and stakeholders using a range of methods.
In this role you will rasie Purchase Orders where required for Maintenance Operations Team including Manager, Supervisors and other authorized personnel.
