Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Manager.
You will lead on all facilities and management workstreams. This role will take responsibility for the maintenance of the London property portfolio for our client.
Our client’s business is owned by one of the world’s most globally recognised entrepreneurs.
A portion of this role will see you be hands on where you will be required to carry out small repairs and maintenance jobs.
Day to day you will manage maintenance of entire London property portfolio.
You will carry out regular plant and equipment checks including fire and intruder alarms, emergency lighting and fire extinguishers are completed.
As well as this you will manage the maintenance of building equipment.
In this role you will maintain all statutory documentation including risk assessments, fixed asset register, accident book and the fire safety log.
You will provide out of hours support during special events.
As well as all of this you will arrange contractors by providing them permits to work and risk assessments. Alongside ensuring that all work is carried out to a high standard.
You are multi-skilled within property maintenance workstreams, with experience of operating Building Management Systems.
You are able to work unsupervised and manage your own time.
As well as this you are a strong communicator which enables you to work well with other departments.
