Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Workplace Change Manager.
Working for a membership organisation, you will act as an internal consultant, helping the organisation through transformational change both in terms of both physical location of the office through to what the new working conditions look like as we arrive in the fresh operational state after the last few years.
In this role you will ensure that the workplace is able to deliver to all the stakeholders.
This role is an interim role, that is due to last until March next year!
You have a proven track record of delivering Facilities Management outcomes and getting things done.
As well as this you are an excellent communicator who is able to both influence and negotiate.
Alongside this you have a customer focused mindset.
Key to this role will be ensuring that the workplaces meets the needs of building users.
You will deliver change services that focus on the experience of colleagues, visitors and other building users. This will cover moves, communications, project support etc.
As well as this you will collaborate with other teams to maintain building services throughout and after the change.
In this role you will ensure that change initiatives meet and exceed colleague expectations, while ensuring that you minimise disruption and deliver on time. This will include making sure it that things are completed in budget while maintaining quality.
