Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Head of Estates who will join the Commercial Team.
You will work to ensure that the community of the client is at the heart of everything you do.
You have a NEBOSH or equivalent Health and Safety qualification.
You are able to listen to customer needs which enable you to deliver excellent customer service while building excellent relationships with a wide range of people.
As well as this you are a problem solver.
Alongside all of this you have experience of managing health and safety as well as this you have a track record of building and managing high performing teams.
You also are able to manage a budget effectively and follow financial regulations and processes.
As well as this you have the ability to create and implement policies and procedures.
In this role you will effectively and proactively manage the Estates service desk.
As well as this you will set clear policies and procedures and ensure that they are followed.
You will deliver the highest level of customer service.
In this role you will work with the executive director to develop an estates strategy and plan.
You will continually provide effective leadership and management of the Estates team. While at the same time managing any external contractors.
