Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for a Maintenance and Facilities Supervisor.

Your Responsibilities

You will consistency, excellence and success in the timely planning, organisation and implementation of the Company’s maintenance and facilities requirements.

You will implement a robust and effective system for carrying out of routine maintenance in accordance with manufacturers recommendations and commonly accepted best practice.

You will undertake minor repairs and routine maintenance to plant and equipment within the safe limits of personal competency, skills and knowledge.

You will make recommendations for the engagement of external contractors to the business so that they deliver a high standard of service that represents best value and operating efficiency.

You will work within systems established by the finance team to ensure accurate budgeting, effective cost control and timely reporting.

About You

You will be a good communicator, both verbally and written.

You will be a team player who can work along side others as well as using your own initiative to work independently.

You will have good computer skills.
