Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Project Manager who will join the team on a fixed term contract for a year.
The client are looking for someone to help support and coordinate the relocation and /or closure of a number of office leases.
You will be key in ensuring the smooth implementation of this.
For this role you will have previous experience in moves management.
As well as this you are an excellent communicator who is organised and able to manage teams while juggling workloads.
This will aid you in managing multiple projects, in different cities.
You are also IT literate.
In this role you will take the lead in managing office moves, changes and fit-outs.
As well as this you will ensure projects are delivered on time and in budget.
You will use you communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
This will all be done while complying with CDM regulations.
You develop and maintain positive working relationships with external supply partners and internal stakeholders.
