In this role you will provide full administrative support to Director by effectively managing commitments, diaries, and meetings. At the same time you will be expected to establish relationships with key stakeholders.
About You
You are educated to an A-level standard or equivalent.
For this role you will have administrative experience of working in a busy customer focused environment.
As well as this you have excellent verbal communication skills which will enable you to work well in a team.
You show high levels of accuracy and attention of details.
Your Responsibilities
You will be first point of contact for any queries and visitors for the Projects and Estates Development team ensuring all messages are forwarded and/or actioned quickly and efficiently.
In this role you will attend and minute meetings as required by Director. This includes setting the agenda, organisation of the meeting, the taking of minutes and circulating papers and reports as necessary.
You will create a positive and productive work environment.
As well as this you will produce purchase orders and payment requests.
In this role you will manage and maintain diaries, project schedules, updates and reminders system, appointments, and events schedules, ensuring both diaries are always up to date with meetings, appointments, and contact details.
