Maxwell Stephens has been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Senior Maintenance Technician who will lead on providing an immaculately presented residence through delivering high levels of maintenance.

About You

You have demonstratable experience in a building maintenance role or discipline with a minimum Level 2 related qualification. Alongside this you have a good knowledge of multi trade maintenance.

Your excellent communication skills will enable you to confidently work with others.

With you passion to deliver a great service you will exceed in delivering excellent experiences for others. This will be aided by your systematic approach and strong organisational skills.

Your Responsibilities

In this role you will undertake and deliver allocated planned and reactive maintenance at a high standard, while at the same time completing them in a timely manner

As part of this you will need to conduct statutory checks and promptly report any maintenance issues.

You will also assist in management of external third party contractors, this includes ensuring that they are working safely and as agreed.
