Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Client Services Manager who would assist the Facilities Team in the day to day running of the office.

You will need to have a hands on approach and manage all aspects of administration associated with running and delivering first class client services.

Responsibilities:

You will manage and support the delivery of front of house services to a very high standard, continually exploring opportunities to improve the staff & client experience.

As well as this, this role will see you manage, plan & lead internal/external events through inception to delivery, demonstrating exceptional vendor management and ensuring functions are delivered within budget.

You will lead the events committee and engage with key stakeholders to understand department requirements for social activities and company initiatives.

Using you great interpersonal skills you will manage, mentor and develop the hospitality/runner team, showing consistently high standards of service, leading by example.

In this role you will oversee the procurement of all catering supplies within budget, reviewing and approving supplier invoices against contracts/orders.

While ensuring that catering facilities (tea points/kitchens/café etc) are kept clean and maintained to a high standard.

About you:

You have previous experience in a fast paced client facing environment.

You work well under pressure and find solutions while remaining professional at all times.

As well as this you have a good understanding of budgets and procurement alongside management experience.
