In this role you will work with the senior team in delivering a coordinated and focused approach to consistent service delivery.
In this role you will maintain oversight of operational delivery of Building Management function as well as acting as first point of escalation for operational issue which you will escalate to Facilities Operations/Engineering, Portfolio Operations Manager as appropriate.
Using your interpersonal skills you will liaise with onsite building contractors to ensure minimum disruption to the occupiers and the building, therefore enabling the contractors to carry out their works with the minimum of delay.
As part of this role you will ensure that all contractors are issued with the correct permits to work for the tasks they are required to perform.
You will oversee the M&E services contracts ensuring that all records are maintained; any issues or deviations from the laid down programme, schedules, missing documentation, breakdowns, faults, are highlighted. Devise cost effective planned maintenance approach and report on performance.
As well as this you will manage all aspects of maintenance to mechanical and electrical plant and equipment including to common areas and minor works areas. Deal with emergency works.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of all statutory and policies and regulations.
This role will also see you ensure that relevant Site Emergency procedures are being followed and provide support to the central FM team when required in the event of an emergency.
You have strong communication skills which have helped you develop your management skills who can coach and lead a team. This has also made you into a great problem solvers who is strong team player.
As well as this you have good working knowledge of building operational systems.
For this role you have a knowledge of internal systems as well as the an excellent knowledge on property based health and safety law and practice.
