Maxell Stephens is recruiting on behalf of the client for the role of Workplace Manager who will manage the London workplace to the highest standard ensuring the office is maximising collaboration, innovation, wellbeing and productivity.
For this role you will have a university degree.
Experience working with AutoCAD and the ability to read construction drawings and plans.
You have experience of office moves and a track record of successful project delivery.
As well as this you work well in a team and are able to encourage collaboration.
You will also have a good understanding and awareness of Health and Safety
In this role you will be responsible for space planning and space management which means you will be responsible for maintaining the monthly reporting from the dashboard on headcount, office attendance and desk space requirements.
As well as this you will ensure all floor plans and changes are compliant with regulatory requirements and follow best practice.
You will manage small fitout, build and office change projects.
This will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
You will provide weekly proactive ‘visual maintenance’ of the floors, including office areas, meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, staircases and coffee points.
This role will see you co-ordinate the Christmas party.
As well as this you will have responsibility for the Workplace budget and raising purchase orders.
