Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Facilities Administrator.
In this office based role you will be responsible for facilitating and administering the day-to-day repairs and maintenance across the estate.
You will have knowledge of building repairs and maintenance.
As well as this you will have excellent MS office skills.
You are able to building relationships with people by utilising your people skills.
You are also able to effectively multi-task.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role you provide first line support for site management teams.
As well as this you will catalogue certificates as required.
You will maintain property databases relating to site information and equipment.
This role will see you assist with any Health and Safety requirements as well as coordinating out of hours emergencies.
As well as this you will liaise with landlord agents on building issues where appropriate.
You will also undertake any prescribed training.
