Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role Facilities Project Manager in London.

The client is registered as a premium UK financial services organisation with a group of nearly 30 offices across the UK.

The role will be UK bases as a remote worker requiring you to frequently travel to offices within the UK and Ireland on a regular basis as well as potential visits to supplier offices.

About the role

Within the role, the Property and Facilities team support multiple projects including office relocations, major refurbishments, integrating new systems and processes, introduction of third party. You will support the Head of Projects, Facilities and Senior Facilities Management team with the management, control and delivery of the projects.

You will be responsible for Maintaining an overview of the projects and capturing of project scope, specification, key deliverables and risks.

You will be required to identify key Stakeholders and manager these accordingly.

Your role will allow you to act as a central point of contact for any queries on project delivery processes, controls, documentation and liaising with any supporting resources. You will also need to take responsibility for the delivery of projects as and when required.

Within your role, you will manage the identification, mitigation, resolution and escalation of risks and issues via the log and attend regular meetings to review this.


About You

  • Adept at working with project teams and stakeholders across all business functions as well as third parties
  • A good understanding of Facilities management, Facilities services, and the built environment
  • Self-starting and able to get to grips with new projects and concepts quickly
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Proven track record for the effective delivery of tasks in a changing environment
