Are you an experienced leader in facilities management looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Head of Facilities to join our client’s department at their beautiful Central London locations.



  • In this role, you will be responsible for managing all of our clients premises and facilities, delivering a professional and customer-focused service to all departments.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Property management including lease negotiation, rent reviews, and contract management of our properties
    • Accommodation management including ensuring buildings are safe and clean and maximizing space efficiency
    • Health and Safety management in accordance with policies and regulations
    • Contract management and procurement of external contractors
    • Budgetary control and staff management
    • Event management and tenant liaison
    • Sustainability management in line with the Sustainability Strategy

The ideal candidate will have experience in property and facilities management, as well as strong leadership skills and a customer-focused approach. Our client offer a competitive pay band and the opportunity to work with a dedicated and professional team.
