As our clients Group Property Maintenance and Asset Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the H&S, environmental, capital expenditure program management, repair, defects, planned maintenance, and emergency maintenance of properties across the portfolio.
You will be fully accountable for the asset management of operational and non-operational properties across the estate.
We’re looking for someone who can review and continuously improve our client’s property maintenance strategy, while also managing and inspiring our client’s maintenance team to deliver exceptional results for our client’s customers.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities for rooms and public areas are completed efficiently and to a high standard, with the goal of achieving zero areas out of service.
We need a leader who can prioritise H&S strategic priorities, create and deliver on risk reports, and achieve continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all emergency action procedures are in place, and that we’re fully compliant with statutory regulations.
Your role will also include preparing budgets for engineering systems, developing, and implementing energy conservation programs, and identifying and introducing environmentally friendly systems and equipment.
You’ll be responsible for developing a structured training program for all operational employees, as well as monitoring and measuring KPIs to drive continual maintenance improvements.
We’re looking for a people-focused manager who can recruit and develop high-calibre individuals, inspire, and empower teams and individuals to live our clients’ values, and grow resilience and emotional intelligence amongst their team members.
You’ll be responsible for building a strong community spirit across teams, seeking opportunities for team working and cross-functional networking.
If you have experience in facilities management, an engineering qualification, and advanced knowledge of building management, maintenance management systems, and H&S portals, then we want to hear from you!
