As a Facilities Co-ordinator, you will be the link between the core business, FM providers and the Soft Services Manager. You will work closely with all key stakeholders, end users, and service providers to ensure the smooth running of FM services for the business, its staff, and visitors.
Your main responsibilities will include everything from AV to Water, ensuring all services are delivered to agreed Service Level Agreements and measured with Key Performance Indicators. You will also manage the budget and control costs while ensuring operations are within budget.
But that’s not all! You will also be responsible for ensuring that office floors remain clean, tidy, and of the required standard of appearance. You will manage the MFD maintenance contractor, and keep the vending machines and teapoints stocked and maintained. Plus, you will order all Stationery, Printing & Scanning supplies.
