Our client a University are seeking to appoint a Facilities Co-ordinator to provide a full support service to students, staff and visitors across their central London offices and venues. The main aim is to ensure their facilities are safe, secure and conducive to a modern learning and working environment.
Based in the City of London working alongside the Receptionist the post holder will assist in providing a full front of house reception service as well as working from another site upon occasion and working on projects across the two sites.
This opportunity would suit a confident, organised and hard working individual with good experience and exposure to the facilities sector. As the nature of facilities is so varied you must be willing to learn, take on new challenges, be able to handle your own projects and able to consider the impact your work has on others from the outset. Enthusiasm and professionalism is a must for this role as well as genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service at all levels.
