Our client have an opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join their establishment for minimum of 6 months on an interim contract.
You will be a confident and innovative Facilities Manager and with experience of working within PPP or PFI style facilities contracts and you will ideally have some experience of working in a Higher Education environment.
Contractor management will be the key focus of your role alongside overseeing the operational activities of the business which has target revenue of over £1million annually. You will be expected to liaise with the contractor on all aspects of service delivery of agreed operational specifications within the contract and you will analyse monthly report data on sampling and auditing against the SLA’s and contract documentation
You will supervise a small team of staff and will manage their day to day activities and ensure the team is on track to deliver against key deliverables and you will also have the opportunity to assist and get involved with ad-hoc projects.
