Our client are a corporate company and have an opportunity for a Building Services Administrator to join their business. This role will be based in the location of Hounslow and you should reside in a local area to the role as you may be required to be respond to out of hour’s emergencies.
Your day to day duties will involve supporting the Building Manager to ensure projects regarding Facilities issues are carried out in a timely manner. The role has two work streams, one which is in building and maintenance and the second is supporting the Services Team.
Manual checks and recording information will also be a key part in this role alongside handypersons tasks such as painting and decorating, joinery, first line maintenance of fixtures and fittings and minor repairs.
In this busy role you will also be required to carry out basic administration tasks and therefore should be computer literate. You will also greet visitors to the site, answer telephone calls and redirect call and support other team members.
