Your role as Assistant Property Manager
We’re going to rely on your excellent administrative skills, ability to manage budgets and management contracts & specifications. Your input on project management and the CAFM help desk system will help our operation run smoothly.
Overall, you’ll report to the Building Manager. You’ll work on daily basis with the Project Manager and Engineering Manager. You feel comfortable acting as deputy to the Project Manager, in that role providing professional secretarial, clerical and administrative support to the Management Team and Engineering Team.
You combine a positive attitude with undeniable personal integrity. Achieving targets is vital to you. In previous roles, improving your own set of skills was hugely important and you continuously looked to help and develop others.
What will you be doing?
With the support of your great colleagues, you’ll mainly be working with Building Managers and Engineering Managers in a variety of roles. These include maintaining good relationships with suppliers, carrying out physical inspections, keeping on top of administration and support on health & safety issues.
As you’re the person we look to for up-to-date compliance records, we’ll need you to learn our company operational processes and procedures well. You’ll procure quote costs and all other information needed for the building service budget charge.
The Property Manager will rely on you to produce service specifications, contracts and other documentation, making sure they keep to company guidelines.
