A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced building manager to join a well-known and highly successful global real estate firm in London.

Who we’re looking for:

We are seeking an engaging and experienced Building Manager to manage a large prestige property within Central London., You will have extensive knowledge of general contractor management, health & safety, engineering awareness and competence, people and service charge management experience are also required.

Previous experience of successfully managing a similar scale prestigious commercial site is essential.

You will also need to be a first class communicator, being able to demonstrate exceptional customer and client facing skills, to liaise with the clients and building occupiers ensuring a good level of service is maintained.

You will be preferably qualified in a Building or FM related discipline and ideally possess an IOSH or NEBOSH certificate and hold current membership of a relevant trade body. You will also need to be highly organised, flexible with sound IT skills. You will equally be passionate, enthusiastic and keen to further your career.
