An exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Facilities Management in the UK in the role of Interim Senior Facilities Manager. In this role the successful candidate will be tasked with managing the facilities services for a leading international luxury brand.
The main focus of this role will be to provide standardisation across all facility contracts throughout the EMEA Portfolio, defining, planning and managing delivery of FM programmes and services that deliver on strategic objectives and customer requirements.
It is essential that the role holder has a good technical M&E background/knowledge and can build effective working relationships with both local and international colleagues. You will have a proven track record in managing the delivery of integrated facilities services, setting and delivering performance targets, driving change and delivering the highest standards of compliance and customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes for this role, together with a passion for high standards and delivery. You will be a self-starter with strong leadership skills and be highly organised with attention to detail.
