Our client are a leading Property Company who are now looking to appoint an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to manage a portfolio properties within South East London.
The Regional Facilities Manager will be responsible for a portfolio of commercial properties and will be tasked with drafting, controlling and reporting of the service charge budget and expenditure for the sites. Managing contractors will be a key aspect of this role along with building effective relationships with key stakeholders and tenants of the properties.
You will take regular inspections of the building fabric and will responsible for the maintenance and repair programme ensuring all records relating to the sites are compiled and maintained correctly together with responsibility for Health and Safety compliance for the properties.
- Do you have experience of managing a multi-site portfolio of properties?
- Have you managed a service charge budget?

- Health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH preferred)
