Our client have an opening for an experienced Regional Facilities Manager to join their business and be responsible for the day to day property management of a portfolio of buildings. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and will build and maintain strong working relationships with tenants within the building along with the day to day line management of the building management team.
You will produce and manage the annual service charge budget and will manage Health and Safety, Emergency Procedures and safe working practices are in line with current legislations. You will be responsible for contractor management and you should have good technical understanding of building fabric and PPM management.
- Health & Safety, preferably IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
- Contractor Management
- People Management
- Budget Management (Service Charge)
- Awareness of Maintenance.
