As Recruitment Resourcer at Maxwell Stephens, Abbie plays a key role in identifying, engaging and supporting exceptional Facilities Management professionals throughout the recruitment process.

Having joined the business in 2025 and quickly established herself as an integral member of the team, Abbie was promoted to Recruitment Resourcer in recognition of her commitment, professionalism and outstanding contribution to the business.

Working closely with our Recruitment Consultants and Directors, Abbie is responsible for sourcing high-calibre candidates across the Facilities Management, Estates, Workplace and Property sectors. She takes pride in building strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career aspirations and ensuring they receive a professional, supportive and positive experience throughout every stage of the recruitment journey.

Her responsibilities include:

• Identifying and engaging high-quality Facilities Management professionals.
• Conducting candidate sourcing and market research.
• Building and maintaining our specialist candidate network.
• Managing candidate registrations and recruitment administration.
• Supporting interview coordination and recruitment campaigns.
• Maintaining and developing our CRM and candidate database.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to placement.
• Supporting consultants with executive search assignments across the UK.

Abbie is passionate about providing a first-class service and understands that successful recruitment is built on communication, organisation and attention to detail. Her proactive approach and genuine enthusiasm for helping people have made her a valued member of the Maxwell Stephens team.

As she continues to develop her recruitment career, Abbie is focused on expanding her knowledge of the Facilities Management sector while helping clients secure outstanding talent and supporting candidates in taking the next step in their careers.

Away from work, Abbie enjoys travelling, seeking out new restaurants, spending time in the sunshine and making the most of every opportunity to explore somewhere new.
