As a Facilities Assistant you will work with the Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the
Our clients head office building.
The Essentials:
Oversee runners and their daily duties
Help to maintain contracts
Raise PO’s and help to manage budgets
Help the Facilities Manager to manage moves
Ensure smooth running of your set departments
Liaise with maintenance on any building issues
Support the Facilities Manager on Re-Fit projects when needed
Helping with events when needed
Ensure that work spaces and the general building is always neat and tidy
Help to set up meetings and pitches
Manage bar stock and order more when needed

Your experience
Experience in a ‘customer-facing’ role – this can include other sectors such as retail and
hospitality
Be able to demonstrate skills in building/maintaining strong relationships internally and
externally
Demonstrate top quality organisational skills, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Understand and have a passion for marketing, advertising and media
