Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Project Manager who will work to ensure the timely, efficient and cost-effective delivery of building surveying and project management services.

This post will have a structured development and training programme to ensure that the post-holder is mentored and provided with the opportunity to enhance their knowledge and experience to enable progression.

About You

You have a degree level qualification or relevant experience in construction related subject.

As well as this you have experience of project and cost management of new build development projects and fast track refurbishment.

You are a positive member of any team and proactively support activities.

Your communication skills make it easy for you to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

As an IT literate person you are able to produce spreadsheets and reports and your numeracy skills allow you to analyse this data.

Your Responsibilities

For this role there are several key responsibilities.

You will support the Head of Projects and Estates Development.

You will take responsibility for the co-ordination and management of a range of projects throughout the estate. This will include you ensuring that work is delivered in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.

As part of this role you will conduct post project and occupancy reviews as required, this part of the role will also see you obtain all the necessary approvals to ensure continuous development of estate projects.

In the managing projects you will need to ensure that they all comply with health and safety requirements.

As well as this you need to ensure that all staff are minimising the environmental impact of their day-to-day activities.
