Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Maintenance Operative who will be responsible for maintaining an exceptional facility.
In this post you will report to the Regional Facilities Manager.
For this role you have technical skills (i.e. Carpentry / Plumbing / Single Phase Electrics) as well as a Pool Plant Operators Qualification (STA or similar).
You demonstrate excellence in customer services with strong listening and collaboration skills.
You are able to work alone or as part of a team.
A full driving license or an ability to travel between sites is essential in order to carry out your responsibilities.
In this role there are several key responsibilities.
You will deliver a planned and reactive maintenance schedule in all sites under your remit. You will manage repairs.
You will be flexible in order to deliver the required standards.
You will interact with members of the site in order improve their experience.
You will help to ensure Health and Safety requirements and documentation is maintained in an accurate manner as well as ensuring everyone on site is always in a safe and healthy environment.
You will deliver ad hoc activities as required.
You work flexibly and are willing to work out of hours as required.
