Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of an entertainments company for a Facilities and Projects Executive.
The Facilities & Projects Executive is responsible for facilitating and administrating the day-to-day repairs across the estate whilst assisting the Buildings & Maintenance Manager with new build and refurbishment projects.
You will provide first line support for site management teams whilst effectively facilitating day to day site repairs.
You will gain contractor quotes and present these for approval. You will also collate, track and report on capital refurbishment project costs assisting the finance team with code invoices.
You will provide support in delivering capital investment projects including new sites, major refurbishments and site acquisition transitions.
You will assist with any Health and Safety requirements. You will also assist with any coordinating any out of hours emergencies.
You will undertake any training as required.
You will source and supply site equipment as needed and liaise with landlord agents on buildings issues where appropriate.
Skills and Experience
You will have knowledge of building repairs and maintenance.
You will have the ability to travel nationally when required.
You will have excellent MS office skills with experience in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
You will be flexible and able to manage your time effectively ensuring more than one task is completed at a time if necessary.
You will have excellent people skills.
