Maxwell Stephens is delighted to have been asked by the client to recruit for the role of Building Manager who will be responsible for the physical building operations.
This will include you running Hard and Soft services, procurement and all relevant Health and Safety and compliance requirements.
What you’ll be doing
You will mange all FM contracts.
While monitoring and agreeing all SLAs and KPIs to ensure full legal compliance.
You will approve and coordinate planned and reactive maintenance works in line with agreed approval processes, including sign off of all completed works.
You will respond to day-to-day enquiries which arise.
Assist with the development of the overall building security strategy to ensure all requirements are met and workable. This will include user circulation and access to restricted areas.
As part of this role ensure all building policies and procedures are reviewed and updated regularly.
You will have experience managing multiple sites and be educated to a degree level.
With a good knowledge of health and safety legalisation and of commercial building and maintenance.
You are experience in liaising with clients which has led you to have strong communication skills which also helps you to work as part of a team.
As well as this you are customer focused.
As a critical thinker you are able to solve complex problems.
