Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a film company for a Facilities Coordinator role.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing the facilities helpdesk and coordinating all Health & Safety compliance.

Your Role

You will assist with all aspects of administration associated with running and delivering first class facilities and will provide the primary point of contact for all facilities & building related issues.

You will coordinate workflows of all Facilities & Building related request’s, ensuring tasks are logged, allocated and completed within the agreed SLA’s.

You will investigate all queries and look to provide a fix/solution where practically possible. You will ensure tasks are escalated to the correct support function or contracted service providers.

You will assist with the organisation of PPM service visits and ensure RAM’s/Work permits and passes are in place before attendance. You will also assist with the coordination of H&S procedures, documentation & reviews.

You will be responsible for compiling helpdesk reports for monthly review.

Skills and Experience

You will have strong customer service skills with recent experience of working within the facilities industry. You will also have a good understanding of facilities / building systems and processes.

You will have experience of managing door access and CCTV software. Experience using CAFM / Helpdesk software is desirable. You will have good computer skills.

You will have a proven ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing workloads. You will be a team player with excellent communication skills both written and verbally.

An IOSH or NEBOSH would be beneficial but is not essential.
