Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of a media company for a Facilities Coordinator.

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Team with the day-to-day running of the office, with specific responsibility for managing the Facilities Help desk and coordinating all H&S compliance.

Your Responsibilities

You will coordinate workflows of all Facilities & Building related request’s, ensuring tasks are logged, allocated and completed within the agreed SLA’s. You will also investigate all queries and look to provide a fix/solution where practically possible.

You will ensure tasks are escalated to the correct support function or contracted service providers. You will be responsible for compiling Helpdesk reports for monthly review.

You will assist with the organisation of PPM service visits and ensure RAM’s/Work permits and passes are in place before attendance. You will also assist with the coordination of H&S procedures, documentation & reviews.

About You

You will have experience in the facilities industry with a good understanding of facilities systems and processes. You will also have experience of managing door access systems and CCTV software.

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This will assist your client-centred approach. You will have a good level of computer skills including familiarity with MS Office.

You will be a strong team player with a positive ‘can do’ attitude. You will have the ability to think creatively and find solutions to problems. You will be flexible in your approach. You will remain calm under pressure and have strong organisational skills.
