Maxwell Stephens have been asked to recruit on behalf of the client for the role of Regional Estates and facilities Manager for an educational trust, Future Academies.

You will have oversight of all estates and facilities services of the London portfolio.

You will deliver a high quality environment across the regional while implement the Trust Health and Safety policy.



About You

 You have qualifications or equivalent work-based experience in a relevant discipline (building services, facilities management, project management, surveying, etc)

Alongside a Health and Safety Qualification.

You have a high level of commercial awareness and track record of value for money as well as this you have experience of managing large facilities budgets.

For this role you will show a positive outlook with high energy that makes you determined to succeed. This aids you as a line manager and when managing performance.

What You Will Be Doing

 In this role you will deliver all aspects of estates & facilities services for the benefit of staff & students in the Region (our end-user), including teaching & learning facilities, reactive evets & maintenance, security, planned preventative maintenance, heating, and other general site services.

As well as this depending on the scale of the relevant projects, to project manage (or support the project management of) capital projects, utilising external professional teams as needed.

 You will oversee implementation and compliance with the Trust’s Health & Safety Policy in relation to estates & facilities in the Region.

As well as this you will oversee the implementation & quality monitoring of outsourced contracts in the Region, including cleaning, M&E maintenance and professional consultancy services.

 This role will see you deliver first-class, line management and quality monitoring audits to ensure facilities are maintained to the best possible standard at all times.
