This exciting role is due to growth of the operations department, they aim to deliver end to end services to support the key strategic priorities. To this end the objectives of the department are to deliver to all stakeholders. You will have responsibility for the day to day logistical operations management and service delivery.
- The role requires development responsibilities delivering more and better space and services for growth and including development of the main building and acquisition of buildings in the vicinity.
- You will be responsible for all services including reception and security, the provision of space planning, booking and delivery; the provision of all retail and hospitality catering; and the ongoing refurbishment, renewal and maintenance of the estate.
- The role requires accounts and procurement service provision, delivering a robust financial model underpinning the strategy including an integrated financial strategy.
You will be responsible for 3 direct reports that manage a mixture of in-house and contracted roles and in total is a team of almost 200. You will have multi-site experience with high expectation of service both internally and externally.
You will have a 5 star customer service background with experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders and complexity.
You will be resilient, able to manage senior stake holders and build credible relationships to deliver excellence. Contract management is expected both in house and contracted services (hard and soft). It is essential you have experience of delivery of complex multi-site strategies while engaging the team and business.
