Maxwell Stephens’ client manages a development in north London of a considerable size and prestige, with nearly 50,000 people living and working in the area. The site not yet fully completed but is already extremely dynamic and could be described in part as its own district / town.

The site also includes high profile occupiers and our client expect everyone to work as a team

The main purpose of this role is to support and inspire multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating the management of technical service delivery across the estate and buildings.

To support the Estate Director and direct the management of Estate Services in the execution of the Company’s Management Policies. To deliver the Vision and Values of the Client in providing an innovative, operationally efficient and economically competitive commercial environment for occupiers.

This is a strategically important leadership role within a market leading property organisation. Driven by a desire for outstanding service this is an opportunity for a high calibre commercially aware, impactful and hands on facilities/property leader to join an innovative and highly respected organisation.

The newly appointed Operations Director will sit within a high calibre leadership team, taking responsible for delivery of services required to obligations to this huge estate and managing a network of high calibre facilities and property professionals.

Strong track record of leadership delivering superior results in a senior operations role in the London / South East market, with specific exposure to notable Grade A type properties.

Capability of taking the initiative, whilst also flexible enough to adapt to a well-established and successful organisation. Highly developed networking and relationship development skills.

Will be commercially astute, ideally degree educated with a firm understanding of current H&S best practice.
