You will assist the technical services compliance manager in the execution and delivery of all services pertaining to the operational management client’s CAFM system.

Responsibilities;

  • Setting up of new contractors / building & locations
  • Editing of existing contracts / buildings and locations
  • Setting up of login accounts for new users
  • Inserting & editing instruction sets
  • Inserting & editing of resources for buildings
  • Inserting & editing of asset registers for new & existing buildings
  • Adding & editing of ppm: amending dates, adding new instructions etc…
  • Assisting ALL concept users with issues / queries and requests, via email, telephone
  • Training of new users
  • Checking of outstanding tasks
  • Generate reports for engineering department
  • Provide support to the technical services compliance manager as requested
  • Interface with FSI workshops as appropriate
  • Promote and share best practices in using the CAFM system to the site teams.

  • Health & Safety Experience
  • Strong administration skills
  • IT skills
  • Concept evolution
  • Helpdesk experience

Desirable;

  • Project management
  • Specification and contract management
  •  Concept 500
