Back to Vacancies ListYou will assist the technical services compliance manager in the execution and delivery of all services pertaining to the operational management client’s CAFM system.
Responsibilities;
- Setting up of new contractors / building & locations
- Editing of existing contracts / buildings and locations
- Setting up of login accounts for new users
- Inserting & editing instruction sets
- Inserting & editing of resources for buildings
- Inserting & editing of asset registers for new & existing buildings
- Adding & editing of ppm: amending dates, adding new instructions etc…
- Assisting ALL concept users with issues / queries and requests, via email, telephone
- Training of new users
- Checking of outstanding tasks
- Generate reports for engineering department
- Provide support to the technical services compliance manager as requested
- Interface with FSI workshops as appropriate
- Promote and share best practices in using the CAFM system to the site teams.

- Health & Safety Experience
- Strong administration skills
- IT skills
- Concept evolution
- Helpdesk experience
